Owl provides guardianship, conservatorship, trustee, personal representative, agent, and general fiduciary services to clients in the State of Utah.

 

Owl employees are certified to be court-appointed as guardian and/or conservator for disabled clients who may need assistance with their personal affairs and/or finances.

 

Owl can also be named as the trustee or successor trustee, personal representative, or agent for persons doing their estate planning. Owl assists many clients who may not have family members, or suitable family members, to serve in a fiduciary capacity.
